When two members train together, each uses one credit. Guests, coaches and extra Peak slots cost more.

Early Access: €99 per month for the first 25 members. The next 25 places cost €109 per month after approval, no earlier than 90 days. There are no more than 50 Pod Memberships in total. Your price is protected for 24 months from your individual contract start.

A reserved competition table, training balls and access to the Social Hub and Mobility Zone. Planned: professional sports flooring, table tennis lighting and generous training areas.

Hourly values are for comparison only. You book full slots, not individual hours. All prices include statutory VAT. Extra slots and guest shares are charged separately. Coaching is not included.
You receive 8 usable credits per month: 4 for Peak and 4 for Off-Peak or Mid. Your plan’s booking rules apply. Preferred times depend on availability; Mid is available only when capacity allows.
Unused credits expire at month-end. If we cannot offer enough sessions in your time categories, we carry forward the affected credits or refund the corresponding portion of your monthly fee. Credits carried forward because we cancel or cannot provide enough sessions do not expire at the original month-end.
Flex Peak gives each member an extra 3-hour Arena slot. Founder and Standard: €24, bookable from 48 hours before the session. Performance: €19, from 5 days before. Subject to availability.
You can currently enquire about Founder and Pod Membership and join the non-binding waitlist for Standard and Performance. You can also enquire about guest training. Direct booking opens at launch, subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee a specific preferred slot.
Only when SPIN ARENA is operational and your membership is activated. If opening is delayed, no recurring membership fees are due before activation.
Founder, Standard, Performance and Pod Membership have a minimum term of 12 months from activation. You can cancel with one month's notice to end your membership at the end of the minimum term. If you do not cancel, your membership continues indefinitely and can then be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.
The 24 months of price protection also start at activation and are independent of the minimum term. Price protection applies while your membership continues without interruption. After that, prices may change only as permitted by your contract and applicable law – not automatically.
Your Founder status ends when your Founder Membership ends. If you rejoin later, the regular terms available at that time apply.

Arena training requires 2 people; independent Pod training requires 2–4. A training-partner pool is in preparation and is not yet available. Until then, arrange your slot directly with your training partners.

Arena: You use 1 Arena credit for 3 hours. Your guest pays €40 Off-Peak, €50 Mid or €60 Peak.
Pod: You use 1 Pod credit for your share of 2 hours. Each guest pays €25 Off-Peak, €30 Mid or €35 Peak. A total of 2–4 people train together. Without an available Pod credit, the full guest Pod price for your group size applies.

Your enquiry is non-binding. The coach, both participants, slot, Pod and final price are confirmed before you make a binding booking.
Paid or commercial coaching at SPIN ARENA is only permitted with approved coaches through the coaching booking process. This applies to the Performance Arena and Training Pods. A regular guest or member booking does not authorise you to offer paid or commercial training.
Exchanging tips during private training together without payment is allowed.
Stage 1 – First violation: You receive a written warning explaining the rules. The unauthorised coaching must stop immediately.
Stage 2 – Another violation after the warning: Your permission to book coaching is suspended. If misuse continues, we will review whether to suspend your entire training access.
Founder, Standard, Performance and Pod Membership receive the same coaching rates. When paying for their Pod share, each member pays €12.50 Off-Peak, €22.50 Mid or €35 Peak for 2 hours. Each guest pays €25, €30 or €35. The full coach fee is added.
Total Pod price, Off-Peak / Mid / Peak: 2 members, both paying their shares: €25 / €45 / €70. Member + guest, member pays their share: €37.50 / €52.50 / €70. 2 guests: €50 / €60 / €70.
Coach fee for 2 hours: Kilian Dinkel €65, Alexander Yahmed €125. It is added once per session and remains payable in full when members use credits.

Yes. All four memberships allow up to 2 existing credits per member per month for coaching. At most one credit per person per session covers that person’s own Pod share for 2 hours. The full coach fee remains payable.
2 members using one eligible credit each: no Pod charge. Member + guest using one member credit: only the guest’s €25 Off-Peak, €30 Mid or €35 Peak share remains. 2 guests: no credits can be used.
Membership, available credits and time-category eligibility are checked before a binding booking. No additional coaching credits are issued.
Training balls are provided at no extra cost. Bring your own racket if possible; loan rackets will be offered. The Social Hub and Mobility Zone are included during your booked training visit. Drinks, food, coaching and training camps are charged separately.
Contact the support team using your booking or access information. If training cannot take place because of our access system, you receive a replacement session, your credits back or a refund.
Arena and independent Pod training: up to 24 hours before the start. Training with a coach: up to 48 hours before the start.
If you cancel before the deadline, your used credits are returned. Paid bookings are refunded in full.
You can reschedule coached training less than 48 hours before the start if the coach agrees and a replacement session is confirmed. Without a confirmed replacement, the cancellation rules apply.
After the cancellation deadline, there is no free cancellation: your credit remains used or your payment stands. Statutory rights and cancellations caused by SPIN ARENA remain unaffected.
If you do not attend and have not cancelled, there is no refund.
Choose a replacement session or receive your credits or payment back. Credits returned for this reason do not expire at the original month-end.
